ProMos Plans to Produce NAND Flash

Taiwanese ProMos has announced that it plans to join the NAND flash production fray with trial production of 1GB models slated for the first half of 2007 and mass production expected in 2008, using the 70nm production process. However, ProMos has stressed that mass production will not kick off until it possesses 10% of the DRAM market.
